The Society for Calligraphy & Handwriting’s (SCH) next meeting is Thursday, February 21st, starting at 7:00 pm at a temporary location, Lisa Tsang’s warehouse in Redmond. The address is 17595 NE 70th St, Redmond, WA 98052. (Click link for directions on Google Maps.)
Brigitte Hefferan will be presenting, “A Touch of Gold”. Different surfaces such as wood, paper, and even chocolate become extraordinary when gilded.
Please bring your favorite pen holder and nibs, pencil, ruler, 6-well palette, brushes to apply mordent (glue), synthetic # 2 or #3 round brush and synthetic 1/4″ flat brush. Brigitte will provide all the other supplies. The supply fee is $5.00.
