The Society for Calligraphy & Handwriting’s (SCH) next meeting is on Thursday, January 21st, at 7pm. It will be held at First Presbyterian Church of Bellevue in the Upper Campus in room 105. Please view our meetings page for the address and directions.
Anne Bingham will lead this month’s meeting demonstrating how to make two booklets, a Double Accordion book and a 6 layer Tunnel book. We will use fun heart-shaped rubber stamps to decorate the pages of the beautiful double accordion book. It will dazzle your friends! Perfect gift for a birthday, Valentine’s Day or any time you want to make someone feel special.
Then Anne will show us how to make a 6 layered tunnel book—an impressive Valentine gift and a playful, interactive structure. These models you make will be great to give as is, or use them as a template for your calligraphic wonders. Please bring cutting mat, craft knife, scissors, and double sided tape. No supply fee.
